City of Palms Charter High School, Palm Acres Charter High School, Northern Palms Charter High School (“The School”) agrees that it will not discriminate against students with disabilities who are served in the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) programs and students who are served in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) programs or discriminate in employment or any educational program or activity based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, marital status, disability if otherwise qualified or any other unlawful factor.
